We shared our news with everyone this week: our work friends, all our extended families, and facebook. It is crazy that the news is out and everyone knows that we will soon be having a little baby! Sharing it in person with our aunts and uncles was very touching. For those that we couldn't see in person, we skyped and told. The turkey shirt was a success! Everyone caught on but it may have taken a while so David would drop hints. I think the best part of telling people is just to share the excitement! We are blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives and they all are just as thrilled as we are. From baby ruth cake to our tee-shirt, creativity in telling everyone was fun in itself. My Grandpee said that it's a girl so we'll see. 14 weeks on Saturday and feeling good again! They say the 2nd trimester is the best time!
As for the after Thanksgiving sales.... Black Friday brought on our search for maternity clothes and an HD camcorder. Although nothiing was purchased it got our minds reeling for what we will be needing to purchase in the next few months. Thanks to all who sent us blessings and well wishes. We are looking forward to this journey to parenthood and having you to share the journey with.
